“Can’t Lose You” Theme song, Meteor Garden II
More on the storyline… Waking Up from Amnesia
After a long period of completely not remembering his past, living the simple life, and even falling deeply in love with another woman, Dao MingSi (MG2) finally breaks out of his amnesia when he saw flashes of images of San Cai in his mind while he was swimming. Oh, and somewhere down the road, Ye Sha (the girl that Dao MingSi falls in love with while he is in amnesia) dies later too. Now this is supposed to be the climax of the story, right? But it was disappointingly predictable and the story turned out to be very typical of Asian drama.
I loved the last episode of HYD2! So far, Dou Miuji believed whatever Nikujima tells him, until she made the mistake of lying about making the cookies that were sitting beside him in the hospital. The cookies’ taste has left an impression on him far more than anyone could have guessed, and it was stupid for her to claim that she made them.
The climax of the story continues as his body instinctively race out to save Makino the moment he hears she was out in a blizzard.
It was not until they were in a small room, without heat and his body temperature went very low that his mind flashed images of being in a similar situation before..with the same girl … Makino Tsukushi!

Flavor of Life - “Hana Yori Dango 2″ Theme Song
My friend Miyuri and I was on the phone last week. I was excited to tell her that I’ve seen the second season of HanaYoriDango (HYD2) and that I thought this version is 100 times better than Taiwan’s Meteor Garden II (MG2), which we both detested so much.
Miyuri is not convinced. She pointed out that the “pretty boys” in the Japanese version failed in comparison Taiwan’s F4.
So I asked her to keep an open mind as I gave her a comparison of the two and convince her to check out HYD2 …
